When Helplessness Becomes Hope: Jean's Story
When Jean heard about children suffering in Gaza and Sudan, she felt overwhelmed by helplessness. But instead of staying on the sidelines, this Northern Ireland wedding celebrant challenged herself to run 5k every day in June. Her simple idea sparked something bigger – 60 people from her wedding community joined her, 163 individuals donated, and together they raised £5,382. Jean proves that extraordinary impact starts with ordinary people taking one step forward.
