Thank you!

On Thursday 11th December you and over 2 million other people did something wonderful. You got silly for a serious cause, helping children from the UK to Ukraine and beyond.

🎉Together, you raised over £1 million on the big day alone. 🎉

That’s the equivalent of 🌱 500,000 packets of drought resistant seeds to help families in Kenya cope with the changing climate, 🛒 100,000 supermarket vouchers to give children in the UK the brain fuel they need to thrive, or 🏫 11,250 children fed in Somalia for a whole school year- so they can focus on their education not their rumbling bellies.

And that’s just the beginning. So make sure all that fantastic fundraising is paid in – the quicker it comes to us, the quicker we can start making lasting change for children in the UK and beyond.

What is Christmas Jumper Day?

Christmas Jumper Day is one of Save the Children's biggest annual fundraising events. It's been going since 2012!

Every December we ask schools, workplaces, and community and friend groups to put on a Christmas jumper and donate whatever they can afford. And every year, millions of you join us in making the world better in a sweater.

By taking part this year you can help support kids and families who are having to deal with an increasingly volatile world. We'll use the money raised on Christmas Jumper Day to help children in the UK and all around the world stay safe, healthy and learning - and change their future for good.

Find out more about some of the children from Ukraine, Syria and the UK who your jumper fun could help.
