Terms & Conditions

1. By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

3. All UK workplaces are eligible to enter. Registrants entering on behalf of a workplace must be 18 years or over. One (1) entry permitted per workplace.

Judging

4. Winners will be selected at random from all workplaces that have claimed a Christmas Jumper Day JustGiving page for Save the Children, in line with terms 5 and 6, by 11:59pm Thursday 11th December 2025.

Entry Requirements

5. Registrants must be signed up for Christmas Jumper Day by filling out this form and selecting ‘Work’ when prompted. Once the signup form has been completed, registrants will then need to press the ‘Sign up and create my page’ button to set up their Christmas Jumper Day JustGiving page. 
6. Registrants will then need to ‘claim’ their page using the 'Claim JustGiving Page' function.
7. Registrants’ Christmas Jumper Day JustGiving page, must be ‘claimed’ by 11:59pm Thursday 11th December 2025 to be eligible. Workplaces that claim a Christmas Jumper Day JustGiving page after this time will not be eligible.  

The winner

8. There will be two (2) winners of the prize draw. The Promoter reserves the right to reward additional winners at a later date.
9. The winners will be notified by email, via the email address used to create the JustGiving page, within 7 days of the notified closing date.
10. If a prize winner does not respond/accept the prize within one week from notification, that winner will forfeit the prize and another winner will be pulled at random and notified. After one month from the date the other winner is notified, if no winner has accepted the prize, we will consider the unclaimed prize a donation that belongs to the Promoter. 
11. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Prize

12. Each of the two (2) winning workplaces will receive one (1) Traditional Treats Hamper from Hampers.com paid by JustGiving and delivered to a mainland UK address. Find details of the hamper.
13. No cash alternative can be substituted.
14. Prizes are non-transferable without the Promoter’s permission.
15. The receipt by the winning entrant of any of the prize components is conditional upon compliance by the winner with these rules. The winning entrant may be required to provide a written acknowledgement of these rules and other terms and conditions, consents or releases relating to the prizes.

General

16. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations to the winners if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Neither shall the Promoter be liable to the winner for any loss or damage suffered in connection with this prize draw and/or the prize, save in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence or fraud of the Promoter.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to make any reasonable amendments to these terms and conditions at any stage. In this event, a notice will be posted on this page.
18. As a condition of entering the prize draw, entrants must ensure that, by doing so, they do not contravene any laws of their country of residence. The Promoter will not be liable in any way if any entrant enters the prize draw unlawfully.
19. Workplaces may be required to participate in publicity without further consent or payment, such publicity including without limitation the workplace’s name, entry or any information provided by the workplace. This information may be used by the Promoter in any and all media in perpetuity throughout the world as the Promoter sees fit. 
20. We are obliged to make the details of the winner available if requested. We will therefore use the winning workplaces’ name and country to compile this list. If you object to your data being used in this way, please contact [email protected]. Please note that the Promoter must still provide the winners' information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Agency on request even if you object to such information being shared more widely.
21. The details of the winners can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter within 30 days from the relevant closing date.
22. This prize draw and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising therefrom.
