You are the big picture: Aviva doubles donations

Aviva’s ‘You are the big picture’ campaign has turned London’s National Theatre into the world’s largest photo frame.

Aviva is donating £2 to Save the Children for every person who uploads a photo and a personal message via the You are the Big Picture Facebook app.

On Wednesday 12 October, Aviva will double its donations to Save the Children, giving us £4 for every photo and message uploaded.

Be part of the big picture

1)      Submit your photos and tell the world what matters to you in five words via Facebook.

2)      You’ll receive a unique piece of art: a collage of words in the shape of your face and a personal film to share with friends.

3)      If you’re selected at random for projection, your photo and message is projected onto the National Theatre and streamed on YouTube for the world to see.

Projections happen each night until Saturday 15 October.

The money raised will fund our work to help street children in India get access to education.

Celebrities Alexandra Burke, Natasha Kaplinsky and Ashley Jensen have all shown their support for this innovative campaign.

Douglas Rouse, Director of Corporate Partnerships at Save the Children said, “We’re working with Aviva to extend vital and life-changing education to street children in India.

“Through ‘You are the Big Picture’, people have the chance to upload their photos and enjoy a moment of recognition, but in doing so, also make a real difference by helping children in India fulfil their potential.”
