It’s a big day for the world’s poorest children.

According to Andrew Mitchell, Secretary of State for International Development, “I’m delighted to be able to say that we have exceeded the figure of US $3.7 billion that we set ourselves and have reached firm pledges of US $4.3 billion at the conference today.”

Ahead of the event, we hosted a phone call for hundreds of supporters with Bill Gates, Chair of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Natasha Kaplinsky, Save the Children Ambassador, and Justin Forsyth; our CEO.
