BT: Business Heroes organise comedy evening

Fancy a good laugh and the chance to raise vital funds for our emergency work at the same time?

Leading comics Sean Hughes and Geoff Norcott will be among the stand-ups appearing at a One Night Only comedy event in aid of Save the Children in London next Tuesday night (Jan 18).

The evening is being organised by one of our enterprising Business Heroes teams, made up of volunteers from BT and students from CASS Business School.

Business Heroes is a national competition that sees mixed teams of students and volunteers from major graduate employers come together to devise mini-enterprises that raise £10,000 for Save the Children’s emergency work.

All proceeds from the night will go towards our Children’s Emergency Fund allowing us to save as many lives as possible in the crucial first hours following an emergency.

There’ll also be the chance to bid for a number of exciting auction items, including a signed England team cricket bat.

So if you’re free from 6pm next Tuesday night and fancy a chuckle, get down to the BT Centre, at 81 Newgate Street, EC1A 7AJ.

You can secure your ticket for a minimum donation of £20 by sending an email to volunteers@bt.com (please ensure you put For One Night Only in the subject box).

Your tickets will then be reserved and an email will follow on how to make payment.

Have a great evening and thanks for supporting us!
