Half Marathon? Walk in the park!

So yesterday was the big day – me and 15000+ other people were there to spend a lovely Sunday in the royal parks of london having a nice little 13-mile stroll..

The good news is that I finished the course, managing to cross the line in 2:26:05!
I had to wait until I got home to have my reward pie, I can tell you that it was delicious :o)

Thanks to everyone for your support and constant vigilance over my diet – although I’m not planning to EVER run that far again, I do intend to maintain a degree of fitness from now on
