Does anyone know how to change a tyre?!

Well it’s just so exciting; the trekkers have all arrived and it’s fantastic to put all the names to faces.  Such an amazing RB mixture of nationalities – you really do get to see just how truly global we are!

Yesterday a group of about 40 of us went by coach to Agra and to visit the Taj Mahal.  It was a very long drive (more than 5 hours) interrupted by a flat tyre en route – see pic below.

The Taj Mahal was truly amazing – even in the 48 degree heat but well well worth the trip.  At times we were the tourist attraction ourselves – lots of people asking if they could take our picture and one lovely little girl even invited us round for tea!  Next time maybe!

Tomorrow is the press briefing and then it’s get packed and really prepare for the trip to Ladakh and the trek itself!! Scary stuff!
