I've been a volunteer with Save the Children for 28 years. In that time I’ve moved around the country and have been involved with the organisation wherever I have been. Now I’m living in Warwickshire, near Stratford on Avon. I have been a branch Chair and worked in a shop in Sussex. I'm SGC and Speaking Out coordinator for Warwickshire and was on the Volunteer Advisory Group in London. I visit schools giving talks and raising funds and am on the Speaking Out Taskforce. I was a Medical Secretary before retiring. I’m married and have 2 children living nearby and have 3 grandchildren. I’m President of my village W.I. and involved in other activities in our village. I enjoy gardening and the countryside. I'm really looking forward to our trip together.
