Jerome Balinton is a humanitarian response officer in Save the Children Philippines. He has been working in humanitarian sector with Save the Children for nearly four years now. He is currently deployed to Iligan City, a neighbouring city to Marawi, as the team lead of Save the Children’s conflict and displacement response in the area.
