The Public Affairs team work with government and other critical stakeholders, to protect and promote children’s rights. We put forward a convincing case for change underpinned by frontline stories from the people we work with, innovative policy offers, our programme expertise. We work with colleagues across our organisation to deliver strategic campaigns, ensuring children and our supporters take the lead with decision makers.
We regularly write Parliamentary briefings for; Members of Parliament ahead of debates, urgent questions or events. These can be found below on Save the Children UK’s strategic priorities, which are: protecting children in conflict, ensure all children around the world lead happy and health lives, and tackling child poverty in the UK.
