Entertainment One, who own the rights to Peppa Pig, have been working in partnership with us since January 2016.

In the first year of our partnership, Peppa Pig and her family were the Official Ambassadors of Save the Children’s Den Day, supporting the promotion and marketing of this mass participation event and helping to raise £300,000 for children and their families globally that do not have anywhere safe to sleep and play.

In 2017, we created our own dual-branded mass participation event for nurseries and families called Peppa Pig’s Muddy Puddle Walk for Save the Children.

Up and down the country children pulled on their wellies in May and were sponsored to complete their Muddy Puddle Walk in parks, playgrounds and playing fields alongside raffles, mud pie bake sales and fundraising games.

7,100 nurseries and families took part and the campaign raised £230,000 for our vital work. We raised significant awareness through more than 300 pieces of media coverage and 98% of participants told us they would do it again.

In 2021, Save the Children, Peppa Pig and Regatta partnered with the Horticultural Trades Association for the National Children’s Gardening Week Campaign. Together we created free activity booklets for grown up’s to collect from participating garden centres during National Children’s Gardening Week 2021. The booklets were full of fun gardening activities for little ones to enjoy!
