How solicitors can donate unclaimed client accounts to Save the Children

Where the rightful owner cannot be traced, you may donate the unclaimed client funds to Save the Children by contacting us at [email protected].  

Amounts over £500

For any residual client balances exceeding £500, we will inquire if this amount pertains to a single matter. If it does, we will also request confirmation that you have obtained SRA approval for the distribution in accordance with the SRA Account Rules.

Amounts Under £500

Amounts under £500 can be donated to Save the Children without approval from the SRA
