Twenty-five years ago, the world made a promise to children that we would do everything in our power to protect and fight for their rights: the UN General Assembly adopted the Convention on the Rights of the Child. These rights wouldn’t exist today without the incredible work of our founder, Eglantyne Jebb, who created the first Declaration of Children’s Rights in 1923.
