Thank you so much to everyone who pulled on their wellies this May.
Where your money goes
Your money could help children like three-year-old Khaled, who lives in a refugee camp in Greece.
We've given Khaled winter clothes so he can stay warm and dry.
Around the world, we make sure children like him have food, clothes and blankets.
On your Muddy Puddle Walk, little ones can explore their world – and learn about other children's lives with the activities we send you.
Find some muddy puddles in your local park, or make your own puddles and create an adventure inside.
Plan a Muddy Puddle Walk with your whole family. Pick a date, choose a route, invite some friends – and don't forget your boots!
The money you raise will help us to make sure every last child can grow up healthy and happy.
That’s not a problem! You can hold your Muddy Puddle Walk on whatever day suits you and your children.
Your Muddy Puddle Fundraising Pack will arrive within three weeks. But if you can't wait to get started with your fundraising, you can download a digital version now.
The pack is full of ideas to help busy grown-ups plan a great walk, including nursery activities, fundraising tips to help you top up your total, and stories to help your little ones learn about the lives of other children around the world.
You'll also get advice from Peppa and her friends to help you decide which walk's right for you, planning tips from Daddy Pig and posters, stickers and muddy puddles to decorate.
There are lots of easy ways to raise money on your Muddy Puddle Walk. And however you fundraise, you’ll help Save the Children make life better for children around the world.
Your Muddy Puddle Fundraising Pack is full of great ideas to raise money – so you can choose which option will work best for you and your children. You could ask for a donation from parents at your nursery, or hand out sponsorship forms to everyone who takes part.
Or why not hold a Muddy Puddle Pie sale at your nursery or home and ask for donations from everybody who buys a tasty treat? The extra money you raise could mean Save the Children can help get food to children who have to go to bed hungry every night.
You can be as creative as you like – ask for donations per puddle, or come up with your own challenge for your little ones. And don’t forget to get your fellow teachers involved as well!
That’s okay! You can still get involved and help children around the world. Set up a treasure hunt or an obstacle course inside and make your own muddy puddles using the puddle templates in your Fundraising Pack. Or if you can’t get to your local park, why not go for a walk in the playground and make puddles out of mud and water - or even paint?
The money you raise will help us to save children’s lives all over the world. We believe that every last child should get the chance to learn, play and grow up happy and healthy – no matter where they’re born. The money your little ones raise on their Muddy Puddle Walk will help make this happen.
We're not ready to start accepting your Muddy Puddle Walk donations just yet! Details of how to pay in will be in your Fundraising Pack though, and we'll put details on here as well, as soon as we start collecting donations.
Your walk can be as short or as long as you like. Just make sure you choose a route that's safe and suitable for your children's capabilities.
