In his role as a Save the Children Ambassador, he has supported numerous campaigns on his social media channels. Luke visited our UK Programmes in his home town in Wales and sits on event committees for us, including the Centenary Gala, and took part in Letters Live.

Luke’s support has also taken him to see a Save the Children education programme in Pune, India, developed in partnership with Bulgari.

“Seeing the impact that Save the Children’s programmes are having on the lives of these children is incredible," he said. "To see the smiles on their faces when they read and write and know that they’ll have a better life as a result is amazing.

"I’m so proud to be an Ambassador for Save the Children and Bulgari. My visit to India will stay with me forever.”

Luke has taken part in all our Selfish Mother fashion campaigns, and his 2017 jumper sold out in 24 hours.

He very kindly recorded special footage for our Protecting Children in Conflict work in 2018, which drove a lot of awareness, not least across his sizeable social media following of 3.1m fans.

Since the beginning of their partnership in 2009, Bulgari and Save the Children have changed the lives of more than one million at-risk children and youth through the power of education.
