COVID-19 Crisis in India: How You Helped

A devastating second wave of COVID-19 engulfed India in April and May, placing children in danger.

New cases soared to over 400,000 at the peak. Many hospitals ran out of oxygen supplies and beds; thousands of people sadly lost their lives.

Schools closed, leaving children isolated and putting their mental health and wellbeing at risk.

Without urgent action, millions were in danger of going hungry and missing out on life-changing education.

Together, you’ve raised over £160,000 for our Emergency Fund to help children in India and around the world. Thank you.
