Save the Children and YouTuber Lex Croucher @lexcanroar are joining together to ask the YouTube community to use its voice to call on world leaders to speak out at the UN and demand that aid agencies are allowed to operate in all parts of Syria. Together we can use our voices to help #savesyriaschildren. Join us today.
We’re asking people around the world to tweet out a photo of themselves holding a sign asking world leaders to #savesyriaschildren.
Using the power of social media we can spread our campaign message far and wide. All of the photos will be gathered together and handed in to the UN General Assembly in September, to remind world leaders that people around the world are calling on them to act.
21 year-old Lex Croucher will be leading the campaign which launches at this year’s Summer in the City YouTube conference.
On 25 August Lex will be travelling to a refugee camp in Jordan on the border with Syria to meet young Syrian refugees. She’ll be joining with them to help tell their stories and learn why we so desperately need to get aid to children still inside Syria.
How you can help

2. If you’re not on twitter you can email your picture to firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Follow the trip hashtag #YouTube4Syria & re-tweet to spread the word. You can also keep visiting this page to follow the trip here.
4.Make a video about the campaign encouraging others to take part.
