We're working to protect children's rights through programmes focusing on education, health, HIV/AIDs and child protection.

Our 'Inclusive Education' project is built on the experience of previous Save the Children programmes and aims to advance the education of children living with a disability.

We're working with the Ministry of Health, providing sanitation and reproductive health advice, while our HIV/AIDs project tackles negative stereotypes as well as removing barriers to sexual education for children.

Children, families, and communities in our target areas are now better able to identify and prevent child protection risks, and the government has adopted a child-protection policy that stresses the importance of family-based care.
