The Child Parliament is an institution present in many countries. It has existed in Mozambique since the year 2000.

There is one common theme that unites all Child Parliaments today: the attempt to provide children with a forum of their own, a mechanism and structure through which their voices can be heard and their concerns registered by government, civil society, community leaders and parents.

Has the Child Parliament in Mozambique measured up to this objective and have children's expectations been realized?
