Impact Assessment of Food Aid in Ethiopia: North and South Wollo and Hararghe

This report assesses the impact of a 1999 food aid programme supported by the European Union, the UK Department for International Development and the Netherlands government. The programme aimed to provide direct nutritional support to affected populations and to mitigate further livelihood stress. There are summary tables at the end of each section and a list of recommendations covering short and longer-term recovery needs.
