Award for Best Coach at Camp Diva Tournament

Young Stars reach quarter finals

Sonny Boy, Kroo Bay Young Stars' coach, was awarded “Best Coach” at Camp Diva Tournament. Camp Diva, youth club in Kroo Bay, runs a tournament every year open to all of Freetown’s youth clubs. This year the Young Stars of Kroo Bay reached the quarter finals.

Great team, great coach

“There were 20 teams in the tournament and this year we reached the quarter finals. The team proved themselves. We drew 2-2 against FC Bondo but lost on the penalties. We're still training and doing our best, but right now we don’t even have a ball! When the awards were given out after the tournament, I was so happy and proud to be named best coach of the tournament!”
