We Save the Children. Will You?
Millions of children are still denied education and protection
Millions of children are still denied education and protection and we’re fighting to right those wrongs.

Who we are

Save the Children is the world’s independent children’s charity. We’re outraged that millions of children are still denied proper healthcare, food, education and protection. We’re working flat out to right the fundamental wrongs that affect children.

Millions aren’t getting an education and are being exploited and abused. This is not good enough.

Eye to Eye with child labour is run by the experienced staff at the Development Education Unit at Save the Children UK and the education team at Save the Children Spain.

Save the Children UK and Save the Children Spain are both members of the International Save the Children Alliance, which represents the work of Save the Children organisations in over 120 countries. Save the children bases its work on the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) and fights for children's rights. We deliver immediate and lasting improvements to children’s lives worldwide.

Save the Children works for:

  • a world which respects and values each child
  • a world which listens to children and learns
  • a world where all children have hope and opportunity

Save the Children works around the world to protect children in any way possible from harmful or exploitative work and to develop strategies, along with communities, to minimize risks to children and uphold their rights.
