Northern Ireland Anti-Bullying Forum (NIABF)
The Northern Ireland Anti-Bullying Forum is an independent body comprising statutory and voluntary organisations involved directly or indirectly, in the reduction of bullying and creating a safe environment for children and young people. NIABF is funded by the north of Ireland's Department of Education and is facilitated by Save the Children.
The North of Ireland's Department of Education revealed in 2007 that 40% of primary school pupils and 30% of post-primary school pupils had been bullied.
