Global Children’s Charter

We delivered the demands of young people straight to world leaders when the G20 met in April.

Young people across the world sent us hundreds of messages about how they want the world to be. In the UK, the 5th Gourouck Guides wrote loads of statements as part of Girlguiding UK's Changing the World project in partnership with Save the Children. 12 of their statements were polled online and the top 3 went to the next stage.

Then, Save the Children's marvellous Global Children's Panel — 14 young people from our programmes in Bangladesh, Brazil, China, Liberia, Mongolia, South Africa, Wales and England — chose 12 powerful statements from the hundreds we were sent, and created a Global Children's Charter.

This Charter represents the views of young people from all around the world. Join the global movement and sign up below to show your support for the Charter.
