This report assesses the impact of Save the Children UK’s programme and advocacy work in 2007/08, including estimates of the numbers of children our programmes have reached.

Each year Save the Children UK reports to its Board on the impact of programme and advocacy efforts during the previous financial year through a global impact monitoring report. This report draws on material from evaluations of country thematic programmes and an overview of advocacy achievements provided by policy teams.
This report attempts to draw lessons from our work and to use these as a basis for continual improvement. It is essentially an internal document, but we are posting it on our website in the interests of openness and transparency.
