Once your pupils have learned about the issues facing the world's poorest and most vulnerable children, you can then download the fifth birthday card.
Each pupil can colour in and draw a picture of their choice on the front and write a message on the inside cover for the Prime Minister, telling him what he should do to stop 10 million children a year from dying.
