Terms and conditions for Save the Children’s online 5th birthday card maker and gallery

Introduction

Save the Children’s birthday card maker and gallery enables adult and young campaigners to create a campaign card, for the cards to be published on a publicly accessible internet page (gallery) and for a message to be passed on to the Prime Minister. We want you to enjoy the birthday card maker and gallery so please do tell your friends and family about it. The more cards the Prime Minister gets, the less he can ignore!

Save the Children aims to publish all cards it receives and to allow users to be as open and honest as possible however, there may be circumstances when cards may not be published and placed in the gallery. For this reason, we set out the following terms and conditions:

Publishing cards on the internet gallery

There may be a delay in publication of the card by Save the Children from its creation by a user to its publication.

Save the Children reserves the right to withhold publication of cards it receives, where it considers that the content of the card front and messages:

(i) is abusive, defamatory, rude or sexually explicit,
(ii) is racially offensive
(iii) is homophobic
(iv) is against the law
(v) is otherwise unsuitable for publication.
