Specialist assignments
Undertaking a 'specialist assignment' is a great opportunity to share and develop your skills.
We have a range of roles available: at our head office in London, at our offices across the country, and even roles that let you work from home. The time commitment will vary depending on the role.
We recruit for assignments at our head office on an ad hoc basis alongside our paid positions.

Volunteer "BUMP Befrienders" (Birmingham Area)
BUMP stands for the Befriending Unaccompanied Minors Project. It's a unique project run by Save the Children, working with young refugees in Birmingham, Solihull and neighbouring areas.
BUMP supports young unaccompanied asylum seekers and refugees who are 14-18 years old. These young people have come to the UK alone, without their parents. They are often very isolated and find it difficult to meet people and make friends.
BUMP aims to help these young people to develop the confidence and skills that will help them integrate and re-build their lives in the UK.
