Mongolia Charity Rally 2009
Take part in the adventure of a lifetime to support Save the Children
Saturday 11 July 2009
Location:
Highbury Fields, London to Mongolia
10,000 miles of pot-holes, bandits and strange borders... this is the only Mongolian rally all for charity!
The Mongolia Charity Rally is a pan-continental drive across five mountain ranges, two deserts and more barren and inhospitable lands than you care to shake a gear-stick at.
Starting in London, the final destination is the great Mongol capital of Mongolia, beyond the Gobi desert, Ulaanbaatar.
On 11 July 2009 the teams will set forth to the sounds of a traditional Mongolian Naadam Festival in the heart of London. Teams can also set off at any time of year!
All money raised through the Mongolia Charity Rally will go towards Save the Children’s work in Mongolia.
