Problems with our phones
We are currently experiencing problems with the telephone systems at our head office.

Until a technical fault with our local telephone exchange is fixed, you will not be able to contact our Customer Service team or our donations hotline via telephone. We apologise for the inconvenience.
We have been assured that BT is investigating this problem and hopes to rectify it as soon as possible.
