I’ve received a telephone call about my donation – was it genuine?
Yes, we do sometimes call our supporters.
We call our supporters to ask them to set-up a regular gift with us, to increase their current gift if they are able to, or to offer them other opportunities to support us.
We also welcome and thank our supporters via the phone and tell people about our work and the progress we’re making.
If you would like to make a donation or set up a gift, it will be necessary for the caller to ask for your bank details.
