Family Reunion

There is no right to family reunion as an asylum seeker. However, the Red Cross may help asylum seekers, particularly separated children, to make contact with family members who are also in the UK.

They can be contacted at 020 7201 5151, or by visiting their website. If contact is established, that does not necessarily allow the family to join the asylum seeker, however there may be other valid applications which could be made under the Immigration Rules for certain family members to come to the UK.
