Appeals: the Asylum Support Adjudicators

If NASS refuses to provide support, or withdraws support after providing it, there may be a right of appeal to an Asylum Support Adjudicator. Details of how to appeal can be found on the Asylum Support Adjudicator's website.

Legal Aid is available in the form of Advice and Assistance to help with preparation for the appeal but not for representation at the appeal. Time limits are very short (usually two working days) although late appeals will sometimes be accepted.
