If the Claim is Successful

If the claim is successful, a status letter will be issued to the applicant and any in-country dependants. The letter confirms what status has been granted (Refugee status, Humanitarian Protection, Discretionary Leave). The change in status leads to changes in other rights (Forms of leave to remain in the UK).
