		<description>With respect, these seem to me to be a very set of policy suggestions.

We can reduce the cost of vaccines, by making purchasing more predictable and making vaccine companies less vulnerable to predatory purchasing.

But driving down the price by reducing the returns to vaccine companies is a recipe for reducing the engagement of the pharmaceutical industry in developing countries.  And that won&#039;t be good for the world&#039;s poor in years to come.
